1)                  Pass IQ test once with a score of 127.5 or better.

The applicant can choose between Jedi Knight: Jedi Outcast, Medal of Honor: Allied Assault, or Return To Castle Wolfenstein to challenge a member of Team Flawless.

2)         Medal of Honor: Allied Assault or Return To Castle Wolfenstein

a) Play one on one with either founder of Team Flawless and win at least one out of three matches on a map to be decided by the member of Team Flawless that will be testing.  Each map will last 20 minutes. 

b) Play on an Internet game with at least 15 people at a limit of 200 team kills or 20 min, which ever comes first, and place in top 3 of the entire game in one match, and one match only, on a map that is randomly selected, while either founder of Team Flawless is a spectator.* ++

3)         Jedi Knight: Jedi Outcast

A) One on one duel with a member of Team Flawless in a one kill, ten duels limit and win ten duels on one map.

B) Play a free-for-all in a 20 kill, 20 minute, sabers only parameter, place in the top two out of at least five, with a member of Team Flawless spectating.

*          If requirement two or three is failed, then requirement one can be exempted if the applicant retakes the test.

++        The applicant must have more kills than deaths.
